Words really can't describe how I feel about John at Carworld Heaven. First thing, When my car broke down and I was told it was gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix it and most mechanics said it wasn't even worth fixing it. I panicked and cried my eyes out. I'm a PSW and I need a vehicle to get to my clients homes everyday. So stressed out to the max, I didn't know where to start or turn to. Until i met John! When I first spoke with John I was hesitant because you really can't trust anyone nowadays. But he gave me his word and showed so much effort to making sure I was comfortable with my decision and that I was in good hands. He's helped me in so many ways. Not only do I have a very nice and reliable vehicle but payments that I can afford. I love that he takes the business/client relationship serious and personal. Wow… that’s the word to describe my experience with John. It was my first time buying a car in Canada. John was efficient in getting me the best interest rate, he was attentive to my needs as a mother in terms of the most suitable car. He listened, he was very responsive and got back to me quickly with answers. John took all the hassle out of buying car… he even installed my baby car seat when he delivered my car to me. Back in in December, I was shopping for a car, that's when I met John from Carworld Heaven in Facebook, I was extremely skeptical and paranoid at some point, but the truth is that John did come thru for me. Ones I had selected the car I've wanted, John got me the credit approved, did the paperwork, detailed the car, and licensed it.
